Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in the crock pot.
  2. Make the Teriyaki Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
